Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
This policy outlines your rights to cancel, return, or get a refund for your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To request a return or cancellation, simply contact us at hello@eleveform.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Exceptions:
Items that are visibly used, damaged after delivery, or missing parts may not be accepted
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. opened yoga mats, resistance bands, or personal-use fitness gear) may not be returnable if opened or used
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, email us at hello@eleveform.com with:
Your full name
Order number
Items you wish to return
Reason (optional)
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. Pre-Orders
If you purchased an item marked as pre-order, you may cancel at any time before the item is shipped and receive a full refund.
Once your pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
