3. Pre-Orders

Some items may be sold as pre-orders.

If you place a pre-order:

  • The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item is shipped and receive a full refund.

  • If production or delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party services (e.g. Stripe).

  • We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Spain to Spain and other selected countries.

  • Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to logistics or customs — we will notify you of any major issues.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or return your order under EU consumer law:

  • Standard orders: You may return unused products within 14 calendar days after delivery.

  • Pre-orders: You may cancel anytime before shipment.

  • To request a return or cancellation, contact us at hello@eleveform.com.

Returns must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • Sent at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
